Panelists and participants will discuss tools available, challenges, when GOC conversations should be had with patients and how disciplines can best work together in ensuring patients’ goals and wishes are met.

The Spring Provincial Cancer Network (PCN) Meeting and the NSHPCA Annual Conference will occur as back-to-back meetings. This will enable those interested to consider attending both meetings.
