Joanna has been the clinical dietitian for the Windsor Elms for the last 15 years. Her understanding of aging and caring for those living in LTC has changed dramatically over the years. This is in part due to being immersed in the Eden Alternative philosophy which challenges staff to get comfortable being uncomfortable. It is also due to working alongside phenomenal staff whose capacity for caring is nothing short of inspiring. In 2021, Joanna also became Director of Foodservice, which brought with it the opportunity to contribute to life at the Elms in a new capacity.
