Incomplete applications or applications missing required supporting documents may not be considered for funding.

You will be asked to provide:

• Organization Eligibility: The lead applicant must be a registered Nova Scotia non-profit organization or registered charity. You will be required to provide your registration or charitable number.
• Financial Statements: Your organization’s most recently approved annual financial statements, including income (revenue), expenses, assets, and liabilities.
• Quotes for Capital Projects: If your project includes construction, renovations, or the purchase of major equipment or structures (e.g., a project hut), provide quotes from at least two suppliers or contractors. If only one quote is available, please explain why.
• Quotes for Purchases Over $5,000: If your project includes the purchase of goods or services valued at more than $5,000, provide quotes from at least two suppliers or service providers. If only one quote is available, please explain why.
