NSHPCA Launches Healing Pathways-Grieving Well™ Online Directory

The Nova Scotia Hospice Palliative Care Association (NSHPCA) is pleased to announce the launch of Healing Pathways-Grieving Well™, a new online directory designed to support grief, bereavement, and emotional wellness.

Grieving Well™ is a web-based resource that brings together information, programs, and supports to help individuals, families, and communities navigate grief with clarity and compassion. The directory makes it easier to find reliable, community-based supports and educational resources in one accessible place.

Launching in 2025, the directory will be available to all Nova Scotians, with an initial focus on resources in Cumberland, Colchester, and East Hants. Over time, Grieving Well™ will continue to grow, reflecting NSHPCA’s commitment to strengthening grief and emotional wellness supports through collaboration, shared knowledge, and community connection.

This initiative is part of the broader Healing Pathways program and reflects NSHPCA’s ongoing role in supporting compassionate communities and improving access to grief and emotional wellness resources.
