Lynette Sawchuk, MHS, BScN, RN, PMGT-BC, CHE: Operations Manager, Hospice and Palliative Care, Cape Breton, Eastern Zone (Nova Scotia Health). Lynette has been a nurse in healthcare for 32 years, and in various leadership roles for 17 of those years. Lynette starting her career as a graduate from a nursing diploma program, and as a lifelong learner has continued her education throughout her career as a labour of love for learning itself as well as a means to improve the system in which she works.
