Beth Lynch

BA (Hons) – Director of Programs & Outreach
Beth is an experienced non-profit leader with over 18 years in program design, development, and community engagement. As Director of Programs and Outreach with the Nova Scotia Hospice Palliative Care Association, she leads initiatives that promote compassionate, client-centered care and strengthen connections across communities in Nova Scotia. Before joining NSHPCA, Beth held progressive leadership roles with March of Dimes Canada, including Manager of National Program Operations, Regional Manager, and Coordinator of the After Stroke program. Earlier in her career, she served as Lead Conductor in Conductive Education, supporting individuals with neuromotor disorders through structured, goal-oriented programs. Her work has centered on program development and evaluation, staff mentorship, community engagement, and leading teams through organizational growth and change. She is known for her strong communication, empathetic approach, and commitment to person- and family-centered service delivery. She holds a BA (Honours) in Conductive Education from the University of Wolverhampton, along with certifications in Peer Health Navigation, Motivational Interviewing, and Leadership for Developmental Services. Passionate about lifelong learning and community collaboration, Beth continues to advocate for accessible, inclusive care that supports individuals and families throughout their health journeys.
