NSHPCA Launches Healing Pathways - Grieving Well Online Directory
We are pleased to announce the launch of Healing Pathways – Grieving Well, a new online resource designed to support Nova Scotians through grief and emotional wellness.
This web-based directory provides accessible information, community connections, and practical tools to help individuals navigate grief. While the directory will be available province-wide in 2025, it is currently focused on resources in Cumberland, Colchester, and East Hants.
We encourage you to share this important initiative within your networks to help ensure residents are aware of the resources available to them.
Visit grievingwell.nshpca.ca to explore the directory.
For inquiries or further details, please contact: info@nshpca.

National Grief and Bereavement Day
Remember. Reflect. Connect.
November 19, 2024, marks National Grief and Bereavement Day—a day to honour, support, and create meaningful connections in the face of loss.
Grief can sometimes make us hesitant to reach out, whether we are the ones grieving or supporting someone who is. It’s okay to feel unsure about what to say or do. Today, let’s take a moment to reflect and actively reach out to those in our lives who are on their grief journey.
Together, we can foster understanding, empathy, and healing.
